Production

Bimed has been operating in the healthcare industry for more than 40 years as a competent and reliable partner in primary pharmaceutical packaging, medical devices and drug distribution systems based on plastic injection. Plastic injection manufacturing, product assembly and packaging of disposable medical devices are carried out in 100,000 class clean rooms. Bimed develops solutions that set standards in relevant sectors and have role model status.

Bimed works with the model of adapting the products it develops according to customer needs. Bimed customers receive everything from advice and development, product-specific in-house mold making and clean field production to suit projects, in-house ethylene oxide sterilization, all these related processes and products, from specific technical documentation in accordance with ISO 13485 and FDA requirements, to an entire life cycle management. has the opportunity to obtain it from a single source.

Bimed Medical department aims to establish a Microbiology laboratory to carry out microbiological tests in-house and to expand its market share by increasing product diversity through R&D studies.

Plastic Injection

In the medical injection department, production is carried out using 12 different raw materials with machines with a locking force of 70 to 200 tons. It has the capacity to produce approximately 60 million products per year.

Assembly (Clean Room)

In the medical assembly department, products are assembled without human contact with fully automatic assembly machines. It has the capacity to produce approximately 30 million products per year.
